Lily is the founder of ‘CompressHer’, an initiative dedicated to empowering young women to pursue Music Technology. Her journey in audio begun at sixteen when supportive school teachers gave her the space and encouragement to explore sound. Since then, she has worked as a sound engineer at multiple music festivals, launched her own creative music projects, and gained hands-on experience at the world-renowned Metropolis Studios. Through ‘CompressHer’, Lily is committed to creating those same opportunities for the next generation - amplifying young voices and building a more inclusive future in sound.
